Yes. Choose each item and quantity in the booking form so the system can calculate an estimate from the current catalog. Add a note or contact Sindibad if you are unsure how to classify an item.
Is the amount shown final?
The form calculates the booking amount from the selected items and current prices. Items with a published range or items needing reclassification or special handling may require Sindibad to confirm the final amount before processing.
When will my order be returned?
Choose from the delivery dates and time windows offered in the form. The booking records your requested window; contact Sindibad if you need to confirm a time-sensitive order.
How do I pay?
Choose the payment preference offered in the booking form. Sindibad will confirm the applicable payment details for your booking.
Can I request collection from a concierge or safe drop point?
Use the collection instructions in the form to tell Sindibad where the items can be collected. Only choose an unattended or concierge handover when the location is safe and you are authorised to leave the items there.
